* This arbor is designed to hold the #DB4305 diamond blades.
* Remove very hard inserts from Needle Holders.
* The Arbor mounts in a 1/2" drill-press so the blade is on a horizontal plane.
* Mount the needle holder in a block-vice at the same horizonal plane of the diamond blade.
* Drill press speed will be slow and have water spray close by for cooling.
* Firmly hold and slide the block-vice (with the needle holder) into the blade, both insides (Top and Bottom) of the insert material.
* Cut back to the end of the old inserts so that new Tungsten Carbide Inserts can easily be replaced.
* This cut surface is left flat on the two insides (top and bottom) of the needle holders jaws.

Now you can remove those inserts from needle holders that can not be taken out with heat.
The insides of the arbor have been recessed so the blade will be held on the outer edge allowing the arbor to grip tight.
